The facilities include two adult swimming pools one in front of each of the buildings, two children’s pools, baby pool, reception area, security staff on duty 24/7, 24-hour CCTV covering all gates, each block has its own car parking spaces, mini market, refreshment area/shaded Hut in lower pool, aqua club (pool view and palm trees inside), sunbathing terraces with palm trees providing shade around each swimming pool, children playground areas for each block and a 600 metre jogging/walking area around and inside.A £200 breakages refundable deposit is payable on arrival.

Wi fi available for 10GBP per room per week.The Ground Floor Apartments feature 2 bedrooms (1 en-suite bedroom), 1 bathroom, open plan kitchen & living room, entrance hall, front terrace (overlooking to the pool) and rear terrace garden.The First Floor Apartments feature 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, open plan kitchen & living room, entrance hall, front terrace (overlooking to the pool), and balconies leading from bedrooms.The duplexes/penthouses feature 3 bedrooms (2 en-suite bedrooms), 1 bathroom, Separate Kitchen & Living room, Entrance Hall, Interior Gallery, Large Front Terrace (overlooking to the pool), Balconies Leading from Bedrooms.The Studios feature an open plan kitchen/livingroom, 1 bathroom and terrace garden.
