RESTAURANTS & BARS

Coffee Terrace - Features international favourites and a range of healthy food options, along with your choice of air-conditioned or al fresco dining. As the breakfast venue of the Garden Wing guests, you are invited to try the offering of teh tarik - ‘pulled tea’ - along with the range of seasonal tropical fruits sourced within Sabah. Dinner buffet themes include Seafood Night and Roast Night.

Golfer's Terrace  - Overlooks the 18-hole Dalit Bay championship golf course with tended greens, challenging water hazards and an aquatic driving range. Golfer’s Terrace is a great place to relax before and after a round, with both air-conditioned dining and outdoor seating available at the deli counter. Be sure to try Sabah Curry Laksa – the signature dish from Chef Boniface.

Kozan - Kozan’s interior echoes the minimalist aesthetics of a classic Japanese Teppanyaki restaurant combined with a clean, modern design. Kozan, meaning ‘mountain’ in Japanese, was adopted in admiration of Mount Kinabalu, the icon of Sabah. Chef de Cuisine, Ben Lee, leads a team of talented chefs offering quality produce in a creative way. Kozan offers both Teppan-yaki and a la carte dining along with a range of options from the Sake trolley and Kozan cocktails created by the bar team.

Naan - An award-winning Indian restaurant offering range of regional dishes from across the Indian subcontinent. Led by Executive Sous Chef Shantanu Seth, the menu takes inspiration from his mother’s cooking and is truly an authentic culinary delight. Naan’s signature items include Butter Chicken and Lobster Madras. The specialty drink list was crafted to be paired with Naan’s food. Mango & Saffron Lassi as well as the Ginger Cardamom Mojito are two of the highly regarded drinks offered.

Oceano Italian Restaurant  - Offers casual, relaxed dining for lunch and dinner. The menu emphasises Sabah produce and features dishes inspired from Italian Nonna’s cooking. As the breakfast venue for the Ocean wing, Oceano is open to all resort guests for lunch and dinner. Oceano’s signatures include Margherita Pizza and Gnocchi di Patate – homemade potato gnocchi with Italian gorgonzola cheese. The signature drink is the barrel-aged Negroni, which has origins in Florence.

Tepi Laut  - Captures the nostalgia of Malaysia’s heritage street food stalls and open-fronted shop-house restaurants. Each food stall offers tempting flavours and a special glimpse into the influences of Malaysian cuisine. As the main lunch venue in Garden Wing, Tepi Laut offers a range of local and international favourites.

Lobby Lounge  - The ideal venue for a post-dinner drink to chill with friends and family. Featuring live entertainment 6 nights a week, the Lounge offers a range of elegant cocktails, wines and premium spirits. It also boasts a high timber ceiling, home to the resident bird, “Owl Pacino”.

Sampan Bar - The epitome of a casual beach side bar, offering the best sunsets in Borneo and a locally inspired cocktail list featuring many ingredients that are grown on the resort grounds. Sampan Bar also hosts the torch-lighting ritual during sunset. Signature drinks include a Pandan Colada and Halia Mule, nicely paired with light bites from the snacks menu.

The resort offers many opportunities to experience the unique natural wonders of Borneo, including a Nature Reserve, which is home to several species of endangered animals in Sabah. At the end of a day of golf or exploring, relax with one of the many indulgent treatments at the adjacent spa.
