The hotel consists of 230 double rooms, 21 family rooms and 16 suites. Each room is furnished according to all modern requirements and equipped with TV SAT, a direct-dial telephone, a balcony, a bathroom with a shower head and an on-suite toilet. The suites are on the ground floor, with large terraces a living room and a bedroom separated by a sliding door, a kitchenette, and bathroom.
The AI programme consists of breakfast (07:30-10:00), lunch (13:15-14:30) and dinner (18:00-21:00), all buffet style, served in the dining hall Lingotto. Thematic buffet takes place twice weekly (Bulgarian & Italian). During meal drinks are offered. Snacks such as sandwiches, pizza, hot dogs and French fries are available between 11:00 & 15:00 at the snack bar. Tea & coffee time with pastry, ice cream (min of three flavours) and milk is from 14:00-17:00 at the snack bar. Locally produced alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks are served from 11:00-23:00 at the bar in the foyer, the snack bar and the pool bar.
Sport facilities at the hotel include beach volleyball, beach football, darts, table tennis, swimming pool, intergraded children’s pool, sun-chairs & parasols by the pool (subject to availability), as well as evening entertainment twice per week (25/05-25/09) with Bulgarian folklore and a variety of shows.
The Amfora hotel is located in the southern part of the Sunny Beach resort town and is about 1 km from the unique town of Nessebar. It is situated next to the beach area at about 100 m from the sea .Moreover next to the hotel there is a taxi rank, and the initial stop of the attraction trains, which take the tourists to the complex centre every 15 minutes, which is only 50 m from the hotel.
Sunny Beach is the most famous and one of the most beautiful resorts on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast. It is located in a beautiful bay, which in its southern part borders Nessebar, and the northern part of the complex reaches the southern slopes of Stara Planina. It is an excellent combination of sea and mountain which creates exceptionally good climactic conditions the most part of the year.
The quests of the hotel can use the exchange bureau in the hotel lobby, with credit cards service available, a supermarket, a beauty centre with a hairdresser’s, manicure and massage, a house-calling doctor. The hotel features an outdoor swimming pool with fresh water and an integrated children’s pool, the deck chairs and parasols are free until unavailable. In the northern part there is a volleyball court for beach volleyball and a children’s playground. Tourists can use individual safes at the receptionist’s desk. Please note that pets are note allowed.
International drinks served at the Cocktail bar in the foyer (09:00-02:00), the Irish specialty restaurant (09:00-02:00), mini golf, hairdresser, manicure/pedicure, mini market and pharmacy are available at a charge.
There are children’s playgrounds with swings and climbing frames next to the hotel pools. A football stadium is located nearby and some tennis courts. The guests can enjoy rowing and sailing boats, scooters, water skis, pedalos, parasailing, etc. on the beach as well as video arcade for the children and mopeds for rent. Stables are available with well-trained horses and qualified riding instructors.
