The newly built hotel is located in the southern part of the Sunny beach resort. The distance to the natural wide dunes is only 50 metres to the beach-about 200 metres away. There are lots of shopping and entertainment facilities around the hotel. The resort centre is about 2 km away.

The Kavkaz hotel complex has 4 floors and 106 rooms all together. There is a nice reception area with an exchange office and lifts. There is also a swimming pool with cocktail bar, a shopping centre, a hairdressers, a fitness hall (free of charge), massage and sauna (local charge).

The hotel can be reached from the following airports: Bourgas (BOJ) 35km and Varna (VAR) 120km. Sunny Beach Resort is the largest Bulgarian Resort in the southern part of the Bulgarian Black Sea Riviera. It streches along a beautiful semicircular bay facing the east. It is situated so that it blends sea and mountain in perfect harmony. Lying to the south is the small peninsula on which the ancient town of Nessebur is located - an architectual and historic monument of Bulgarian and world culture. The hotels are located in a wonderful park region in close proximity to the beach. Sunny Beach offers not only water sport facilities but lots of other options too. Tennis courts, horse riding school, bowling, mini golf, volleyball on the beach and archery. A ride around on a bicycle or rickshaw is so refreshing after a long day on the beach. There are more than 150 restaurants, cafes, night clubs and discos. The resort is a genuine childrens paradise - plenty of fun and games, childrens pools with water slides, carts, inflatable trampolines and sports school.
