Opened in 2002, this air-conditioned family-friendly conference hotel comprises a 3-floor main building as well as a fourteen 3-storey annexe blocks with a total of 769 rooms. A system of subterranean rivers canals cut through the complex and make the complex blend harmoniously into its natural surrounds, with the Maya ruins and tropical rainforests located in the near surrounds.
