The villa is built on three levels with the ground level featuring a kitchen/diner and lounge area, leading to the terrace, pool and immaculate grass area which leads to the BBQ area. There is also a double bedroom on this level.

A kitchen, lounge and WC is located on the first floor, which makes the villa ideal for multi generational families or couples as they can have their own cooking and living areas to use separately if they wish.

All other bedrooms are located on the top floor with a shared bathroom.

The outdoor areas are spacious featuring a slightly raised bathing area overlooking the Ionian Sea, pool with terrace blended into a grass area and separate eating area with large built in BBQ.
