The hotel was refurbished in the winter of 2006 and now offers a great range of facilities and services to match the 4 star quality of the rooms and public areas.
The hotel is on the seafront of Hersonissos, 25km from Heraklion just 20 minutes from the international airport
Sports facilities at the hotel include two swimming pools (one with saltwater) both with a seperate children's pool. Loungers and umbrellas are available on the pool decks for free use by hotel customers. The hotel also has a gym, volleyball court, basketball field, table tennis, two tennis courts, children’s playground, children's club and amphitheatre.
The hotel has 530 modern style rooms with a safe deposit box (with charge), telephone, satellite TV, air conditioning, heating (April), bath/WC with hair dryer and balcony or terrace. The family rooms have a living room with a kitchenette and two separate bedrooms, which have the same facilities as the standard double rooms. Air conditioning free in high season (1st July to 31st August) and with extra cost in other seasons. Inside the hotel there is a main restaurant as well as an indoor bar and two pool bars
