The Park Plaza Belvedere is located in Medulin, a former fishing village that’s now a popular tourist go-to. It’s hidden on the Istrian peninsula on Croatia’s northern Adriatic coast, a destination with an unspoilt coastline, charming villages and rustic fare. There are two saltwater pools here – the indoor one is heated. Outside, the figure-of-eight-shaped pool is edged by loungers. And children have a separate swimming spot all to themselves.
