Please note that the cancellation policy is 100% cancellation fee if cancelled within 21 days. Customers are required to Tuscana Orlando Resort Condos should now check in at the Tuscana clubhouse office. Check-in is open from 8am to 9pm during the week and at weekends, the hours are from 10am to 6pm. If the clubhouse office check-in is not open, or the guest arrives after hours, they should follow the lock box procedures. The lock box is located outside the front door of the clubhouse. The lock box code is 5421. Press and release each number one at a time and turn knob clockwise. Inside there will be an envelope with the guests name on it. If there is an emergency please contact a Tuscana Representative at 1-877-448-8722 or 1-407-787-4800 or a Welcome USA Representative at 1-866-397-4822.No animals will be accepted unless pre-arranged. A non-refundable deposit will be taken upon arrival for cleaning. All homes are non-smoking. Transfers cannot be booked for this hotel and due to its location, car hire is strongly recommended for transport to and from the airport and to maximize the enjoyment in Orlando.
