Visiting Lake Como and want to make the most of your visit? The NH Lecco Pontevecchio has got you covered. This modern, pastel-coloured structure sits pretty on the shores of the River Adda – just a five-minute stroll from the historic centre of Lecco, and a stone’s throw from the shores of Lake Como. It’s also well located if you want to travel around the region, as you can walk to the train station in 10-minutes.
Inside, the interiors are sleek and minimalist, with the odd pop of colour and quirky lighting fixtures. Rooms are Scandi-style and are decorated in a palette of whites and greys with crisp cotton bedding. Each one comes with satellite TV, free WiFi, air conditioning, and a private bathroom. If you want to treat yourself, opt for a room with views over the water.
If you fancy exploring the area on two wheels, you can rent electric bikes from the hotel, and there’s also a well-equipped bike room if you’re travelling with your own. Not your kind of exercise? Head to the up-to-the-minute gym, instead.
