The Las Colinas is set in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of Teguise, set on a slight incline overlooking the surrounding area. This attractive, three storey complex, built in a unique, Lanzarote design, has split level terraces with a waterfall feature leading down to the pool. The spacious studios and apartments are bright and comfortable and its peaceful and friendly atmosphere is ideal for couples wanting a relaxing break.

Due to its location on the outskirts of Costa Teguis e and being set on an incline this property may not be suitable for those with walking difficulties.
