The Mar y Paz Apartments have an enviable sea front location around 600m from the beach and the turquoise-blue sea in the quiet residential Son Baulo district of the popular resort of C'an Picafort.
The new and popular marina is close by where there are various shopping venues, countless restaurants and bars along with scores of other entertainment venues. There is a nightclub approx from the apartments, whilst approx 900m away is the commercial centre of the resort, where there is a good selection of bars, restaurants and shops.
Just across the road set on a wonderful sun terrace is a seawater swimming pool with sun loungers and parasols and a snack bar.
Guest facilities on offer includes a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, and luggage rooms for late departures, along with a games room and comfortable lounge bar with satellite television.
