Guests should wear their wristband at all times. A non-chargeable purchase ticket must be signed while ordering. Offering drinks to non-AI guests is not allowed, as well as built up of drinks; only one drink at a time. The bar staff has the right to refuse any AI client that misbehaves; the management reserves the right to cancel the AI concept of such customers. All Inclusive package finishes with the check out.
Bottled wine, sauna, jacuzzi, massage, video games, pool table, telephone, safety deposit boxes and replacement of broken wristbands are available at a charge.

Snacks such as limited selection of cold sandwiches are available from 10:30-12:00, 14:30-17:00 & 22:00-23:30. Locally produced alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks like wine by the carafe, draught beer, etc are served from 10:00-24:00.
