Gorgulho Aparthotel is located in the tourist area of Funchal a short walk from the Lido pools and the sea front promenade. This low costhotel commands a first rate location making it easy to visit the wide range of shops, bars and restaurants the town has to offer. There is a bus stop and taxi rank a few steps from the hotel and the airport transfer is around 30 minutes. The rooms are simply furnished with private bathroom, fully furnished balconies with either side or full sea view, safe deposit box, TV, and telephone. Studios also have a small kitchenette with fridge and cooking rings. FACILITIES:A large circular swimming pool and a separate pool for children, sun beds and parasols are available, a floodlit tennis court is available and guests can hire rackets from reception. Breakfast is served buffet style in the breakfast room and there is a charming poolside restaurant that offers a range of local and international dishes and is open for lunch and dinner. There is also a small bar for a relaxing evening drink. Please note guests staying at the hotel on a Half Board basis on the 24th December & the 31st December will receive breakfast & lunch on these dates. If guests want to receive dinner aswell they can pay the hotel €38 directly for each of these meals.
