## Location
This charming guesthouse is situated in a green natural park by the Subasio mountain, in Costa di Trex, a small village surrounded by gentle Umbrian hills. Guests will find a number of restaurants, bars and pubs in the village centre, and the nearest bus station is 4 km away in Assisi, which also offers a range of shops. The nearest train station is around 7 km away and the towns of Perugia, Gubbio and Orvieto are 25 km, 30 km and 60 km away respectively.

## Rooms
The spacious rooms feature a kitchen, living room and bedroom, appointed with taste and featuring traditional but simple furniture, thus creating a typical farmhouse feel according to ancient Umbrian traditions. All the rooms are named after evocative parts of the Monte Subasio: Gli Stazzi, La Maddalena and La Spella, and each features an en suite bathroom with shower, bathtub and hairdryer, a king-size bed, minibar/fridge, tea and coffee making facilities, individually regulated heating and a private terrace.

## Sport
Guests can relax using the parasols provided, enjoy a game of table tennis or go biking. An entertainment programme is organised for children and sun loungers and parasols are also provided on the nearby beach.
