The Pyramisa Resort is beautifully situated on 400m of private beach at Sharks Bay, only 7km from Naama Bay, part of the Ras Muhammed National Park offering arguably some of the most sort after snorkelling and diving spots on the Red Sea. The hotel is only 4km from Sharm El Sheikh Airport making it very accessible. It is not recommended that holidaymakers who rely on a wheelchair for mobility or have difficulty walking book this hotel.

Hotel Facilities

Sport facilities at the hotel include beach volleyball, mini-football, aerobics, table tennis, squash, tennis & equipment (upon reservation), windsurfing once per stay, baby foot, billiards, kids club (animation, games, toys, drawing room), international multilingual animation team offering competitions, games and beach activities as well as daily different shows at the pool, patio stage or discotheque (23:30-02:00, entrance free, drinks at a charge) and live music band every night at the lobby bar. Room service, laundry, telephone calls, car rental, gift shops, hairdresser, massage (reservation required), sauna, jacuzzi, gym, internet, in-house doctor, disco, baby sitting (reservation with guest relations), frequently shuttle bus to Naama bay and billiards are available at a charge. Amongst these are a jogging track, diving club, 400 metres of private beaches, aqua sports centre. There is also a lobby bar and lounge with relaxing atmosphere. The hotel offers bank, a shopping arcade, beauty salon, car rental, travel services. Kids club facilities.On entry into Egypt, guests must obtain a visitors visa at the port of entry; the fee is £13 (subject to change). Sharm El Sheikh is considered a free zone, due to being located in the Sinai Peninsula. Travel on excursions outside the peninsula, a visitor’s visa is required. It is recommended that guests should see the Medhotels rep on arrival, to assist them with obtaining the visa.Please note that a new hotel is being built 1.5km away from Pyramisa Sharm Resort. Works are taking place from 09:00-18:00. No heavy works are taking place now so therefore the disturbance is negligible. Guests are allocated far from works. Completion date remains unknown. Additionally as of 16/01/2008 and until further notice some room types in the main building will not be available due to renovation works..

All are adorned with balcony and enjoy a sea, side sea, garden, mountain, city or pool view. Superior rooms are larger than a standard room, have a sea view are closer to the beach and include a sitting room, sofa and two armchairs, bathrobes and slippers, fruit and flowers in the room on arrival. Family rooms are 2 standard rooms with connecting doors for 2 Adults and 2 children..
