The Oriental Spa Garden is a truly amazing facility and guests of the hotel,over 16 years of age, can use it free of charge (treatments are at an extra charge). Guests can make use of the spa and thermal circuit which include a varietyof experience showers, Turkish steam bath, Japanese sauna, thermal pools, two open air Jacuzzis, ice igloo, Finnish sauna and Oriental laconium. It is certainly possible to pass a very pleasant and relaxing time in this impressivefacility. A spectacular breakfast buffet is served every morning with show cooking, fresh bakery section and impressive juice bar. In the evenings there are 3 a la carte restaurants to choose from (there are no evening buffets in the hotel)including 'Il Papagallo' Italian cuisine, 'La Parrilla' regional and Spanish cuisine and 'The Oriental' which is renowned as the best oriental restaurant in the Canaries. 'Palmera Real' provides a relaxed atmosphere beside the pool forlunch, from a light snack to a full meal. Only 2 restaurants stay open in the months from May to July. 'Al Fresco' specialises in 5 star gourmet Spa cuisine, open daily for lunch & dinner, offering a la carte cuisine for those who seekexquisite dining but want to watch their figure, as well as for those with special dietary needs. Dining supplements apply for the restaurants.in the evenings, except the Oriental where gentlemen are also required to wear a shirt with collar and jacket. A black tie dress code applies for the New Year's Eve Gala Dinner.

Airport

From Los Rodeos (north airport), direct bus takes 20 minutes, a taxi costs approx 25 Euros. From Reina Sofia (south airport), direct bus takes 1 hour 15 minutes and runs 4 times a day and costs approx 8 Euros, alternatively there arevery regular buses to Santa Cruz where there is one change for direct buses to Puerto de la Cruz. A taxi from the south airport costs approx 80 Euros
