This Mediterranean-style hotel in a quiet corner of Kalamaki boasts a great location close to the beach.

This family-run hotel has a real Mediterranean feel to it. Spanish-style arches shade white-painted balconies, and the gardens are flecked with colourful plants. The hub of the hotel is the freshwater swimming pool, which has a separate shallow area for children. Bordering the pool is a tiled sun terrace, and tucked into a quiet corner is an outdoor whirlpool bath.

Rooms are spacious and simply decorated with light-grey tiled floors and whitewashed walls. All rooms have balconies that overlook the gardens or the pool.

A breakfast buffet is laid on each morning in the main restaurant, and includes fresh fruit, yoghurts, breads and cheeses, as well as a cooked breakfast. A poolside bar serves drinks and snacks during the day, while the evening à la carte menu features Greek favourites as well as international dishes.

Kalamaki Beach is an easy 5-minute walk away, and the sands here are home to nesting loggerhead turtles. The bars and tavernas in Kalamaki’s centre are also around 5 minutes’ walk away.
