The following booking conditions form the basis of your agreement with Stewart Travel Ltd.

EXCLUSIVE OFFERS:

EXCLUSIVE SAVE UP TO £500 EXTRA

Jet2holidays. Save up to £500

• Save up to £300 per couple or up to £500 per family on new bookings for Jet2holidays packages departing up to and including 31/08/25.

Couple saving based on 2 adults sharing, per family saving based on a family of 4 (2 adults & 2 children). Discounts are per booking and apply on new bookings booked by 02/04/25. Not combinable with any other discount or promotion & must be claimed at the time of booking. Maximum one discount per booking.

Stewart Travel Tailormade. Save £300

• Save £150 per person + FREE wine: offer applies on new bookings for accommodation-inclusive packages departing 01/04/25–31/12/26; minimum spend £2,000pp; excludes motorhome holidays and escorted tours. Free case of wine will be dispatched by 30/04/25; there is no cash alternative.
• Save £100 per booking: offer applies to new escorted tour and RV bookings departing 01/01/2025–31/12/2026; no minimum spend.

Discounts are per booking based on 2 adults sharing unless otherwise stated, subject to minimum spend and apply on new bookings booked by 31/03/25. Not combinable with any other discount or promotion & must be claimed at the time of booking. Maximum one discount per booking.

Cruise. Save up to £300

• Exclusive save up to £300 on all cruise holidays, (spend £2,000-£2,499, save £50; spend £2,500-£4,999, save £100; spend £5,000-£7,499, save £200; spend £7,500 or more, save £300.)

Discounts are per booking based on 2 adults sharing unless otherwise stated, subject to minimum spend and apply on new bookings booked by 31/03/25 for departures up to and including 31/12/26. Not combinable with any other discount or promotion and must be claimed at the time of booking. Maximum one discount per booking.

Far & Away. Save £100

• Exclusive save £100 on new bookings for Far & Away packages. 

Discounts are per booking based on 2 adults sharing unless otherwise stated; minimum spend £1,500pp and apply on new bookings booked by 31/03/25; excludes cruises, accommodation only & flight only. Not combinable with any other discount or promotion and must be claimed at the time of booking. Maximum one discount per booking.

Wendy Wu Tours. Save up to £150pp extra

• Japan Uncovered - Save £150 per person  

• Jewels of Japan - Save £150 per person  

• Wonders of China - Save £100 per person

• Angkor to the Bay - Save £100 per person 

Discounts are per person based on 2 adults sharing unless otherwise stated, on new bookings for the above 4 Wendy Wu tours. All other Wendy Wu tours save £100 per booking, book by 31/03/25. Not combinable with any other discount or promotion & must be claimed at the time of booking. Maximum one discount per booking.

MORE OFFERS:

Free Child Places: available at selected accommodation on selected dates, based on sharing a room with a minimum of 2 adults; other conditions apply. 

Low deposit: amount and conditions vary by departure date and product booked. 

Stewart Travel Villas:
Low 10% deposit is per booking and applies to accommodation only; flights and car hire are payable in full at time of booking; remaining balance of deposit (for total deposit of 20%) is due 28 days after booking.

Facebook Offer - Free Case of Wine when you book:

Offer applies on new bookings made in our Ayr, Helensburgh, Inverurie, Troon stores for accommodation-inclusive packages departing by 31/12/2026, booked by 30/04/2025; minimum spend £1,000pp. Free case of wine will be despatched by 31/05/2025; there is no cash alternative.

Flight-inclusive holiday packages are 100% protected by ATOL 0739. In the event of flight cancellation or government travel restrictions, you will be able to change your holiday or request a refund. Refunds may be issued in the form of an ATOL protected Refund Credit Note which can be used to rebook or redeemed later as a cash refund. If the holiday is scheduled to operate normally, any changes to a booking will be subject to our booking conditions.
